Retention.com (2019–present)

Robinson founded Retention.com in 2019 as an e-commerce email marketing platform that identifies anonymous website visitors.[6] The company uses identity resolution technology to identify 20-30% of anonymous website traffic and automatically trigger personalized email campaigns.[7]

Retention.com reached $22 million in annual recurring revenue with only six employees by 2024, operating as a bootstrapped company without external funding.[6] The platform serves e-commerce brands by recovering abandoned carts and increasing revenue through targeted email campaigns.[7]
